STUDIO POLICY

1. Class Reservations and Cancellations

All classes must be reserved in advance via the online booking system.

Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the scheduled class time.
-
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited class or a fee.

2. Studio Etiquette
-
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to prepare for class.

Shoes must be removed before entering the Espirare or Fiamatta rooms.
-
Phones must be placed on silent or turned off before class.
-
Respect the silence in the yoga and pilates rooms, especially before and after class.

3. Class Participation
-
For safety, all clients must inform the instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class.

Participation in classes is at your own risk, and clients should only push themselves as far as is safe for their body.

New clients are encouraged to attend beginner-level classes or receive a consultation with a trainer before advanced classes.

4. Health & Safety
-
Clients are required to clean all equipment after use with the provided cleaning spray and microfiber cloths.
-
Cold cloths are provided in the Espirare Room for Savasana and are not to be used on reformers in the Fiamatta Room.

5. Heat and Room Temperatures
-
For hot yoga, the heat panels are turned on by the instructor before class, and the fan is turned on after class to circulate the air.

Please respect the heat settings as it is a crucial part of the class experience.

6. Membership and Packages
-
All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Suspensions or extensions of memberships can be requested due to medical conditions with proper documentation.

7. Studio Cleanliness
-
We ask all clients to be mindful of cleanliness in shared spaces.
-
A quick mop is performed by staff after every class to maintain the cleanliness of our rooms.​

8. Parking
-
Parking is available for clients in designated spots. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid blocking any non-assigned stalls.

9. Harassment and Discrimination Policy

Forza Yoga & Pilates is a harassment-free environment. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of clients and staff will not be tolerated.

11. Lost and Found
-
Articles lost in the studio are kept for 24 hours behind reception. After 24 hours we place them in a secure area for one week then all items are donated to charity. The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles or for any items left behind.​​
